  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Conditions for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The item is not as described or shown on our website.

In all other cases (e.g., change of mind, size issues), we may offer exchange or store credit only.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong).

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Within Pakistan:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

    • In case of our error, we’ll arrange free pickup or shipping label.

  • International Orders:

    • We do not accept returns for international orders unless the product is defective or wrong.

    • Customer is responsible for any customs charges or return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or suggest a suitable alternative.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of out-of-stock items, payment issues, or defective products.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders; store credit will be provided.
