Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or restricted countries under trade sanctions.
If we are unable to ship to your location, our customer support team will contact you immediately to provide alternatives or issue a refund.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 🚚
We partner with trusted international couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on location).
Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days (where available).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
BU Fashion Studio does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes 📜
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local government.
These charges must be paid by the customer to release the package from customs.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed. BU Fashion Studio will not issue refunds in such cases.
6. Tracking Your Order 🔍
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package and following up with the courier or customs if required.
7. Failed Delivery / Refused Packages ❌
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

Re-shipping fees (if applicable)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.
